Program Overview

Recent research has highlighted how expert entrepreneurs see opportunity and solve problems differently than most managers and people in general. The decision heuristics they use regarding resources, uncertainty, risk, and contingency are radically different than what we typically teach in MBA classrooms, and open up a whole new way to tackle tough organizational problems, especially in uncertain environments. This new way of entrepreneurial thinking can help individuals and organizations solve problems and innovate.
