Join us for the Supply Chain Management: Process and Business Operations session.
January 12th | 1:00 - 4:30 PM & January 13th | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
This session is designed for mid-level working professionals.
As firms search for their next source of competitive advantage, they are increasingly focusing on a concept called supply chain management. Much more than a passing fad or simply a set of operational activities that are applicable only to large firms, supply chain management involves the two-way movement and coordination of materials, services, information, and funds within and between firms. As competition becomes less between firms and more between supply chains, those firms that fail to endorse a supply chain orientation risk a competitive disadvantage compared with firms that truly understand how to synchronize, coordinate, simplify, and leverage their supply chain.
Robert Trent, Lehigh University
The cost of this session is $1,165. Program attendees will receive all program materials, program meals (continental breakfast, lunch and beverage breaks), exceptional learning opportunities with Lehigh faculty and staff, and networking opportunities with like-minded managers.
