Program Overview

The crafting of winning brand strategies is the cornerstone to any marketer’s professional success and personal growth.  This Executive Education program is designed to enable the marketing professional to apply best practices to crafting the company brand’s essence or core value proposition and resulting brand positioning statement.  Participants are exposed to several unique ways to implement the traditional tools of the trade ranging from a new look at SWOT Analysis with an eye toward identifying Must-Win-Marketing-Battles for building brand equity; to a complimentary ‘within brand’ model to the BCG Growth-Share Matrix called the Brand Activation Matrix; to a more disciplined approach for building the brand architecture.  Additionally, we explore growth strategy models for new product development based on identifying and leveraging industry segment ‘hot spots.’  All program learning modules are designed to enable participating companies to find new sources of revenue – all with an eye toward avoiding a repeat of the prototypical marketing mistakes and misconceptions.  This Building Brand Equity Executive Education program will create real, actionable competitive advantages for participating companies.
