Program Overview*

This program explores the relationship of the organizations workforce to gaining high morale, strong customer service and the improving the financial bottom line.   Attendees develop tactical plans to enroll and engage employees in the organization’s vision, mission, values and strategic direction. From recruitment of talent, through training and retention, this session focuses on creating the right environment (culture) for employees and the company to be successful.
