This Executive Education program will provide methods to manage the IT organization and its interface with major stakeholders including customers and vendors. Participants will explore the IT Organization and Staffing, Change Management, Vendor/Subcontract Management, and Customer Management. Participants will be introduced to organizational structure options for IT organizations, recruiting and retaining IT professionals, and planning and managing IT-enabled change. We will also discuss managing vendors and communicating effectively with business partners.
