Sacha Connor is a remote work capability builder and a brand builder.
As a Director of Marketing for The Clorox Company, Sacha leads the business, marketing, and innovation strategy development and execution for the Pine-Sol, Liquid Plumr, Clorox Fraganzia and GreenWorks brands. Sacha has been with Clorox since 2004 and has worked in brand management, new product innovation, and sales and across many of Clorox’s brands, including Brita and Hidden Valley.
Prior to Clorox, Sacha worked in advertising account management for Backe Communications and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners.
Sacha has the unique ability to guide distributed teams to work seamlessly together in a virtual environment, having worked remotely since 2010. She pioneered remote work for the Clorox marketing department and leads virtual work capability building for Clorox through the Virtual Workforce Employee Resource group she co-founded. Sacha earned a B.S. in Marketing from Lehigh University. While at Lehigh she was Tauck Scholar, a Martindale Associate, President of the Marketing Club, a member of the Varsity Women’s Soccer Team, and Scholarship Chair for the Gamma Phi Beta sorority. She returns to the Lehigh campus annually to guest lecture for the Marketing Department.
Sacha lives in the western suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband, Tim, and their two children.
