Jeff Borck

Jeff is the Regional Sales Manager of RLC Electronics, Inc., a microwave component manufacturer based in Westchester, NY. In his role, Jeff is primarily responsible for the sales and marketing of RF and Microwave components, mainly in the United States and Canada. Jeff works with customers in specifying and designing custom products for their systems applications both in the commercial subsystem and military markets. Prior to joining RLC, Jeff served as an analyst on the Independent Broker-Dealer (IBD) Sales Team of J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he was responsible for working with Financial Advisors in New York City, Long Island, Upstate New York and Connecticut. Jeff’s primary responsibilities included supporting four regional Client Advisors in order to maximize productivity, deepening relationships with Advisors through follow-up, and conducting mutual fund analysis to position the best strategies and portfolios for our business partners. Prior to working on the IBD Sales Team, Jeff worked on the Strategy & Development Team in Asset Management, where he was responsible for conducting Competitive Analysis and M&A analysis on Investment Management Firms and Private Banks around the world. Jeff has a B.A. in Finance from Lehigh University (Class of 2007) and holds his FINRA Series 7 License. He grew up in Chappaqua, New York and currently resides in Manhattan.

Jeff Enslin

Mr. Jeffrey Enslin is a Partner at Caxton Associates LP whose activities are primarily devoted to macro trading and emerging market opportunities, and application of the HAWK quantitative trading systems. Mr. Enslin's trading strategies primarily involve foreign exchange, fixed income, equity and derivative markets as well as commodities and credit trading. Prior to joining Caxton in 1995, Mr. Enslin worked at Kiloran Corporation as an Asian Desk Execution Trader. From 1988 to 1993, Mr. Enslin was employed by Maryland National Bank, where he participated in a credit training program and worked as a credit analyst before serving as a commercial lending officer. Mr. Enslin received a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. in Finance/International Business from New York University's Stern School of Business. He serves on the Board of Trustees at The Peddie School and also serves on the Investment Committees for The Peddie School and Lehigh University endowments.

Chris Hite

Chris is the Co-Head of Global Healthcare Investment Banking at Citigroup. Prior to joining Citigroup, Chris was the Head of Global Healthcare Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers. Chris has worked on transactions for many clients in the healthcare industry including Amgen, Astellas, Celgene, Elan, Genzyme, HCA, HCP, Human Genome Sciences, Lilly, Kendle, MedImmune, MGI Pharma, OSI Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, PPD, Serono, Takeda, Vertex and Warner-Chilcott.

Peter Hopper

Peter is the Co-Founder and CEO of DH Capital, LLC. Peter has led a number of significant transactions for DH Capital, including the $140 million sale of Hosted Solutions to ABRY Partners and the $75.5 million equity/debt financing for DataPipe by Goldman Sachs and Atalaya Capital. Prior to founding DH Capital, Peter was the CEO of DURO Communications, a leading ISP in the southeastern United States. Prior to DURO, Peter was the Vice President of Business Development for Helicon Cable, a top 20, privately owned, cable MSO. Peter is deeply involved in the managed hosting and data center industries and is a frequent speaker at industry events, such as the Tier1 Hosting Summit and HostingCon. He also serves on the Boards of DataPipe, Hosted Solutions and FourPoints Communications. Peter holds a BS degree in Finance from Lehigh University (1986).

Andrew Korin

Andrew is a Manager for Pennsylvania/Ohio/West Virginia within the Bloomberg sales department. He is responsible for managing a 10 person sales team with revenues in excess of $75MM a year. Mr. Korin has been with Bloomberg since 2004 and graduated Lehigh in 2003 with a B.S. in Finance.

John Orem

John Orem is a Managing Director at Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, an investment bank with primary operations in New York, Baltimore, San Francisco and St. Louis, and is responsible for advising and financing companies in the gaming, lodging and leisure industries. Mr. Orem came to Stifel following its investment in Miller Buckfire, an independent investment bank in New York. He joined Miller Buckfire from Morgan Stanley, where he spent more than 20 years in the Firm’s real estate, leveraged finance, global capital markets and corporate finance groups. Earlier, Mr. Orem was a production supervisor and project engineer for Clairol, a former division of Bristol Myers. Mr. Orem earned his MBA from the Columbia Business School in 1988 and a BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University in 1983.

Debra Pipines

Ms. Pipines is Principal and Founder of Asperion Group LLC, which has been raising institutional capital for alternative investment funds since 2002. While at Asperion Group, Ms. Pipines has been responsible for the capital raises of top ranked global hedge fund managers. Asperion Group is registered with FINRA, the CFTC and the SEC and has served as a consultant to the industry's leading managers to improve product distribution, and as an advisor on the global distribution of regulatory compliant funds. Prior to forming Asperion Group, Ms. Pipines was responsible for covering institutional clients at Bankers Trust and then Deutsche Bank in the Fixed Income Sales and Trading Department's Global Emerging Markets Group. Prior to joining Bankers Trust in 1997, Ms. Pipines was a 12 year veteran of Salomon Brothers Inc. in New York, where she was consistently ranked among the top producers in Salomon's Fixed Income Sales and Trading Department. Ms. Pipines joined Salomon Brothers in their Bond Portfolio Analysis Group (BPA) as a quantitative fixed income analyst. Ms. Pipines holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University and serves as Treasurer on the Executive Board of The Society of Memorial Sloan Kettering.

Jon Pistis

Jon is a sales development representative (SDR) for BloomReach, a Bain Capital Ventures backed technology firm, located in Mountain View, California.  Jon began his career as an associate of business development for FIX Flyer, an electronic trading technology firm based in New York, NY.  He graduated from Lehigh University in 2010 with a BS degree in Finance.

Carl Rinaldi

Carl is Head of US Hedge Fund Sales and New York Metro Sales at Bernstein and is a senior vice president of the firm. He has been working in institutional sales with Bernstein since 1991. Prior to joining Bernstein, he spent 10 years trading and brokering fixed income securities for Citicorp, Fundamental Brokers and Garban, Ltd. Carl also spent 2 years with the audit division of Price Waterhouse, where he earned his CPA license. He graduated from Lehigh University in 1979 with a BS in Accounting and Marketing. He is the parent of Alex, Class of 2012, and Christopher, Class of 2013. He is also an avid golfer.

Mike Reger

Michael Reger has had a distinguished career, serving in various capacities at J.P. Morgan prior to joining AVM/III. These included Proprietary Trading and Market Making in U.S. Treasuries in New York, Head of U.S. Treasury Trading in London, Cross-Market Government Arbitrage Book in London, and Head of Global U.S. Swap Book. He also held the position of Senior Vice President with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. in the Investors Strategy Group. Mr. Reger holds a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University. As an undergraduate, he completed an internship at J.P. Morgan in the Gold Bullion Department, trading cash, COMEX Futures and Options. He is a Registered General Securities Principal and General Securities Representative with FINRA, a CFTC-Approved Principal, and an Associate Member of the NFA.

Peter Sayer

Peter joined Constellation Wealth Advisors as an Advisor and member of the Investment Committee. Previously, Peter was a Vice President at Bernstein Global Wealth Management. Peter spent several years managing his family's firm, EquipSystems, prior to entering the wealth management business. EquipSystems, a healthcare services firm, worked with 150 hospitals and healthcare systems between Boston and Washington, DC, on equipment management and asset tracking solutions. Peter successfully sold EquipSystems to a private equity firm in 2005. Peter started his career at IBM where he graduated from its world-class Sales and Management training program in London, England with distinction. He then became the sales leader for their NetGen business in New England focusing specifically on venture capital, private equity and start-up businesses. Peter was graduated from Lehigh University, the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and is a Certified Portfolio Manager. He and his family live in Scarsdale, NY.

Rob Schatzman

After a 24 year career at Goldman Sachs, Rob recently retired this past summer. He began at Goldman as an Associate in the firm's Credit Department, primarily arranging commercial paper financings for US and international corporations. In 1994, he was promoted into the Investment Banking Division and joined the Investment Banking Services Department. In this capacity, Rob had the responsibility for developing investment banking relationships with CEO's and CFO's of large corporations including CSX, GTE, General Dynamics, Nucor, and Phillip Morris. In 2001, Rob was asked to help build a leveraged loan business at Goldman by joining the Bank Debt Portfolio Group, which he managed prior to retiring. Throughout his career at GS, Rob has recruited, trained, work closely with and mentored 100's of 2 year analysts. Currently co-chair of Lehigh's Parent's Counsel with his wife, Nancy. They have been on the Parent's Counsel for the past 5 years. Their oldest son and daughter, Rob and Megan, are 2007 and 2008, respectively, Lehigh Finance Grad's and their second oldest daughter, Madeline, is presently a sophomore in Lehigh's engineering program.

Max Schwendner

Max Schwendner is an Associate at J.P. Morgan's Investment Bank. Prior to his current position, Max was a member of a specialist M&A/strategy team within J.P. Morgan Asset Management and the Financial Institutions coverage group. He is a member of Sigma Alpha Mu, Phi Eta Sigma, and the J.P. Morgan Lehigh recruiting team. Max graduated magna cum laude from Lehigh University in 2007 with a dual major in Finance and Accounting and a minor in history.

Chris Scott

Christopher Scott graduated from Lehigh University in 1994 with a B.S. in Finance. Upon graduation, Chris joined Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. where he worked in Fixed Income, eventually becoming a Senior Managing Director in the Mortgage Trading Department. After his departure from Bear in 2008, Chris joined GMAC to assist in its restructuring, resulting in the formation of Ally Financial Inc. Chris is currently an Investment Management Executive responsible for Ally Bank's investment and mortgage portfolios. Chris remains an active alumni and supporter of Lehigh University and Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. He served as a member of the Lehigh Leadership Council from 2003 to 2008. He and his wife, Erin, have two children, Michael and Matthew, and reside in Manhasset, NY.
